Fairley Outlast Westwood in Whitehaven Classic Marathon
Officials are forced to cancel one game and move another to Monday night

After the marathon day was over and his Fairley team had come away with a 28-6 victory over neighborhood rival Westwood Saturday night in the Whitehaven Classic, Bulldog coach Rahnmann Slocum walked toward his players and said, “We’re on the wrong side of the tracks. We need to get out of the 38116 area code. We belong in the 38109 area code. Let’s get back on the other side of the tracks.”

The Liberty Bowl High School All-Star game was played Saturday at MUS in the cold rain.  The Blue Team defeated the Red Team with the help of 3 Fairley seniors and a coach:
